There are 2 pd pascal to C converters, p2c and ptoc which should be in the
archives, apart from that there is the GNU pascal compiler (a copy of
which I seem to remember is residing on alex.stacken.kth.se in
disk1/gnu_beta)

PS: generally, to locate software peckages, using archie is a GOOD THING.
