I just came across this article in alt.cobol. Does anyone know about LARL?

Please let me know how good the LARL COBOL grammer is.
[The pcyacc Cobol grammar is unavoidably enormous but seems to work well
enough. Numerous requests have never turned up a free Cobol grammar. -John]
