Eggers, and Henry. U of Washington TR #91-11-04, it's
avaialable via anonymous ftp from `cs.wasington.edu'
(128.95.1.4) in `pub/pardo/rtcg-case.ps.Z'. The file
is compressed PostScript, so be sure to do the transfer
in binary mode. Let me know if you have any problems,
