We are looking for information on RTL
(1) optimizations possible
(2) compilers other than Gnu C which use RTL
(3) references to papers which discuss RTL. We already have
        Davidson and Fraser's paper(1984) and Gordon Bell and Alan
        Newell's book (Computer Structures: Readings and Examples).
(4) advantages (and disadvantages) that RTL has over other
        intermediate representations
(5) any other interesting information
