Zima and Chapman provide an excellent introduction to the field of
compilation for vector and parallel computers. It is self-contained, well
organized and full of examples, algorithms and supporting references. I
recommend it to anyone interested in getting beyond lexical analysis,
parsing and the standard serial processor optimization techniques.
