Dear fellow netters,


I am interested in optimizing compiler and am presently considering
potential research directions. After reading many papers, I think
there are three approaches:


    1. Continue to optimize loops.
    2. Investigate superscalar optimization.
    3. Parallelize loops for MPP machines.


I would like to invite suggestions, comments and advices on the
current state of the art in parallel compiler and the major issues
in this area.
