I notified the one of the authors that orders for the Grune and Jacobs are
not getting filled over here. Stanford Bookstore has had it on order for
me for over 3 months (it's listed in their PUBNET computers if not Books
in Print) and University of California at Berkeley still doesn't have
copies. The author I sent the message to (Jacobs) said he would check with
the publisher.
