I have used that, too.
One ISP that I had was using had a usage page. With it, one
could get statistics on one's account for a three-month window. The
page had to be updated by them each month. Sometimes, they did not
get around to it right away. I tried modifying the page locally and
using that, and with that, I was able to check usage in the new month.
