This points to a pretty old libjit release. There is a newer release
available at
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/dotgnu/pnet/libjit-0.1.0.tar.gz
The version 0.1.2 should become available Real Soon Now (tm).
Until then however it is recommended to use the current libjit
CVS.
