No, that was made by some students at another university (Aarhus,
where I'm from Copnhagen). I can see from their webpage that Alvilda
ws written in C. I would not choose C as a langauge in which to write
a compiler.
At the course I teach, the students get a compiler (written in SML)
for a very small language and are asked to make various extensions to
the language. That seems to be more cost-effective (in regards of
learning versus effort) than asking them to write a compiler from
scratch.
The project text is in Danish, so I'm afraid it wouldn't be helpful to
very many here. :-)
