The Revised Report is available online at various sites, for example
http://vestein.arb-phys.uni-dortmund.de/~wb/RR/rrTOC.html
Issue 40 of The Algol Bulletin had an article with the "Report on the
Standard Hardware Representation for ALGOL 68" by Wilfred J Hansen and
Hendrik Boom. An archive of the Algol Bulletin can be found at
http://www.softeng.ox.ac.uk/Jeremy.Gibbons/wg21/algol-bulletin/INDEX.HTM
The scanned version of the representation report causes havoc with my web
browers (including latest Firefox) YMMV.
