We are organizing an Asia Pacific Conference on Parallel and
Distributed Computing Technologies (ObcomAPC-2004).

This Conference ObComAPC-2004 is a major event to be conducted
following the grand success of ObCom : 2003, which was audited by a
good number of participants from Academia and Industry across the
Nation. ObCom : 2003 received good contributions right from leading
educational institutions to corporate. ObCom-2003 attracted various
governmental and non-governmental agencies like DRDO, ISTE, DIT, CSIR
etc., to sponsor the program.

ObComAPC : 2004 aims to promote the exploitation of parallel and
distributed computing in order to achieve better functionality's and
performance.

CALL FOR PAPERS
Authors are invited to submit full papers presenting new research
related to the theory or practice of Parallel and Distributed
Computing Technologies.
BEST PAPER AWARDS
Awards will be given for the best papers in conference topics. The
selected papers will also be considered for possible publication in
reputed National / International Journals.
WHAT TO SUBMIT?
Submitted manuscripts may not exceed 12 single-spaced pages of text
using 12-point size type on 8.5x11 inch pages. References, figures,
tables, etc. may be included in addition to the twelve pages of text.
Hardcopy submissions will be accepted, but files in either MS-Word or
PDF format are strongly encouraged. Submissions will be judged on
correctness, originality, technical strength, significance, quality of
presentation, and interest and relevance to the conference attendees.
Submitted papers may not have appeared in or be considered for any
other conference.
All manuscripts will be reviewed. Manuscripts must be received by
September 28, 2004
Notification of review decisions will be mailed as early as possible
Camera-ready papers will be due November 10, 2004
