There you will find what appears to be the author's email address. If the
answers are machine readable public data, he should know where to find it.

does seem to have selected answers available _for_instructors_. So the context
is that wide distribution of the answers is not intended as the books may have
success as teaching material. And the author may wish to protect academic the
process. But hey, ask him!
