I can't help you with your specific problem. But the most recent
version that I can find is 2.51e, downloadable as
ftp://oboe.it.uc3m.es/pub/Programs/precc-2.51e.tgz. This URL was
posted at freshmeat.net
(http://freshmeat.net/projects/precc/?topic_id=48) by the author
(Peter T. Breuer). His home page (http://www.it.uc3m.es/~ptb/) gives
his e-mail address as ptb at it dot uc3m dot es.
