I have been trying to track down published measurements of cse's,
without much joy.


My particular interest is in occurrence measurements of common
subexpressions at the source code level. I appreciate that it may be
difficult to map cse's back to source code and that some cse's might
not even have a source code equivalent.


Can anybody suggest sources of information (I would rather not turn on
the internal traceing inside gcc)?
