Has anyone seen or read the following book?


      GCC: The Complete Reference
      Arthur Griffith
      Osborne/McGraw-Hill
      July 2002
      ISBN 0-07-222405-3


If so, do you have any comments on it that you would care to share
with the list? There has been a gap in the "how does GCC work" market
for a long time, so I'm wondering how well this attempt fills it.
