There is a shareware (Thinking Machines') C* compiler developed by Phil Hatcher
at the University of New Hampshire available at:
ftp://ftp.cs.unh.edu/pub/cstar/
It's based on gcc and POSIX threads and runs on most workstations and several
SMPs.
