You should check out the two books Simon Peyton Jones
wrote/co-wrote/edited on the subject. I don't have the exact
references to hand (both books are on my desk at work, and I'm
currently at home), but I'm pretty sure both were published by
Prentice Hall, so they should be easy enough to track down.
