PLDI is a forum where researchers, developers, educators, and
practitioners can exchange information on the latest practical and
experimental work in the design and implementation of programming
languages. The tutorial program is designed to enhance the technical
program with a day proceeding the technical program of 1.5 to 2
hour tutorials offered in two parallel tracks. This year the PLDI
conference seeks tutorials on three practical themes that we hope will
be of broad interest to our community.
Tutorials for PLDI 2002 are solicited on, but not limited to, these
topics:
- How to teach a course on compilers.
- How to build an industrial or research compiler.
- What every compiler writer should know from the architects point of view.
