My compiler tutorial is now located at dynodonalies.com.


While it was originally in C, I have converted it to C++. I have also
switched assemblers. I will now be using NASM instead of my ancient version
of TASM. All of the old lessons (up through chapter 5) have been updated.
Chapter 6 should be available soon (within a few days).


As usual, comments are welcome (especially relating to NASM, to which I am
new).
