Cray is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage
the development of their highly optimizing compilers. This person
will lead the development team that designs, implements, and verifies
the back-end (optimization and code generation) of Cray compiler
systems, providing leadership, direction, and motivation.


This position requires a strong working knowledge of compiler
technology, a good understanding of advanced computer architecture,
and at least 5 years of experience managing the development of
commercial software products. We'd also like to find someone who is
passionate about delivering quality products but doesn't take
themselves too seriously.
