Dear all,


We are happy to announce the release of the ML Kit version 4. Among
other new features, the ML Kit version 4 generates machine code for
the x86-architecture and supports integration of region inference with
garbage collection.


The ML Kit is a compiler for the programming language Standard ML. The
compiler supports most of the Standard ML Basis Library and compiles
all of Standard ML, including Modules.
