The Digital FX!32, which translates x86 Windows binaries to Digital
Alpha code on the fly, seems to have been discontinued (see
<URL:http://www.support.compaq.com/amt/fx32/>). I don't know how
openly it is documented, and I don't have any experiences of it. Back
when Digital was an independent company, I interviewed one of their
technical sales representatives regarding the general ideas.
