You may want to look up Sian Leitch's ctrans (e.g. via Greg Nunan's
Algol68 page). You may find some hints how to de-Linuxify it in
ftp://vestein.arb-phys.uni-dortmund.de/pub/ctrans_1.0.0-freebsd.diffs.

For an interpreter, there is a68int from Laszlo Csirmaz in
http://vestein.arb-phys.uni-dortmund.de/~wb/a68int. You may want to look
into Laszlo's own site, as he has done some work to re-unixify it hiomself,
but I did not take the time to check it out myself yet.
