There's a Fortran to Ada source translator at:
<ftp://ftp.usafa.af.mil/pub/dfcs/carlisle/usafa/for2ada95/for2ada95-1.1.tar.gz>
It's a 2000 lines perl script by Oliver M. Kellogg, and given the
nature of Fortran, I don't think any special feature of Ada is used,
so adaptating it to output Pascal shouldn't be too difficult.
