We're working toward some similar ideas on the C-- project, but our
stuff is unfortunately not ready to play with. Still, I would be very
interested to know more about your requirements, because we hope to
support DSPs one day. You might also look at Jack Davidson's vpo
optimizer, which won't be a whole solution, but might be a useful
part. I think we're on the verge of being able to generate some
interesting components for vpo (assuming I can stop reading netnews
and get hacking).
