I Have Been Looking For Something Similar For Our Promis Project.
(www.csrd.uiuc.edu/promis/) The Only Commercial Products That Were
Available Were way Outside What We Wanted To Pay For Them. If you
have any luck finding a compliance tester, we'd be very interested in
that info. in the meantime we use SPEC95INT for regression testing.
not the most efficient possible system, but it works ok. There are
some decent Fortran testers available if that helps you at all.
