From where did you down load your bison?
A"100MB executable in .../tmp directory" is a curious item. What is
the name of the executable placed there by the config script? Are you
saying that bison itself is placed there, and is that large?
I would think that "tests are run in /tmp/bisontests" would mean that
test data is landed there under some scenarios. No executable program
or script ought to ordinarily be placed on /tmp anything, if it is
intended to last.
In building bison for the HP environment was it possible for you to examine the
config script for any custom mods that you need for your environment?
