                  I am a graduate student in Department of Computer Science,
FengˇVChia University, Taiwan, R.O.C. I would like to develop a VLIW
compiler for academic use. So I want to find an open source compiler
and modify it to suitable for my chip.


                  I would be very grateful if you can conduct me where I can get the
VLIW compiler source code.
