Actually IOS feels (to a Unix weenie like me!) a lot like VMS' DCL
command line. There oughta be some pointers on how DCL is implemented
that could be enlightening....
[In Bliss, probably. I worked with someone who wanted to parse DCL, and it
was very ugly. -John]
