Mangement and Engineering Job Openings in the area of IA-64 (Merced)
Compiler Optimizations


                                                Development Solutions Lab

Project Manager, IA-64 (Merced) Compiler High Level Optimizer


    In this exciting position, you will be responsible for managing
    a team of 3-4 engineers working on High Level Optimizer for
    Merced C and C++ compilers. High Level Optimizer is responsible
    for inlining, scalar optimizations, loop optimizations and
    parallelization.


    Requirements for the position:
    o BS, MS or Ph.D degree in Computer Science.
    o Knowledge of Compiler optimizations and code generation
    o Prior experience in managing or leading a compiler project




Software Engineers for IA-64 High Level Optimizer project


    In this position, you will have opportunity to work on high
    level optimizations such as inlining, cross module optimizations,
    scalar and loop optimizations, and parallelizations. Through these
    optimizations you will help HP deliver industry leading application
    performance on Merced systems.


    Requirements for the position:
    o BS, MS or Ph.D degree in Computer Science.
    o Solid Knowledge of Compiler optimizations
    o Prior industry or college level experience in compiler
          optimizations
    o Experience in writing C++ code
