Hi

I've been looking at a somewhat different problem: how to extract c source
from an executable. Not sure if what I've found will help you, but here it is
anyway:
  IDA (www.datarescue.com/ida.htm),
REC (www.aromatic.com/~cg/rec/rec.htm), and
DCC (www.it.uq.edu.au/groups/csm/dcc.html)

Others having an opinion on these please chime in.
