Since there has been some recent discussions about p-code and there
has also been some beginners wanting to learn compiler technology I
thought that a born-again-SmallC could be appropiate. (SmallC was my
introduction to the subject in the 80's).

I have a made a version of SmallC for 386+ and Windows NT that could be
interesting for some hands-on experience of an actually
working compiler using a form of p-code for code generation that still is
small enough to grasp within a night or two. See the comp.compilers FAQ
for more information about the original SmallC.

The NT-port as well as an original SmallC compiler (v2.2) may be found
