I am looking for compiler engineers with an advanced degree for a job
here in Austin, Texas. They need to have a thorough understanding of
complilers, and MS or PhD in CS or CE (will take MSEE w/requisite
experience), a strong grasp of programming languages and compilers.
Recent MS grads and foreign visas okay with strong compiler knowledge.

It would also be nice if they had experience with Parallel Programming,
Optimizing compilers, or transformation engines, or experience w/formal
specification techniques (algebraic or denotational semantics, etc.)
And experience in R&D producing large robust systems. If you know anyone
I will pay a referral reward if we hire them.
