Hello Everybody ,
        I am working on developing a distributed framework for
        getting subtransactions interpreted on different machines. in
        this direction , I need an intermediate representation which
        is machine independent. Mcode developed at Sun seems to be
        interesting. Can anybody give me pointers as to where I can
        find further information like design issues etc on Mcode. all
        I have is one paper on Mcode in SIGPLAN March'95 issue ,
        which does not give explanations for instructions. Our
        access to news groups is quite volatile right now. So I would
        be thankful if you also mail your responses to jaya@iitk.ernet.in.
