I have heard a lot of good things from embedded programmers for ABS
(Intel '196, Siemens '166) about Boston Systems Office/Tasking
Ansi 'C' compilers. It seems that they produce very compact code.

They also do compilers for several other embedded controllers
including 80C51 (in various forms), and various MIPS derivatives.

The telephone number I have for them is +31 33 55 00 33,
address P.O. Box 899, 3800 AW Amersfoort, Netherlands.

They also have an office in Paris.
