We have developed a PL/1 TO C Convertor in our company for a client.
This Convertor works on UNIX platform - we have used it on HP and DEC
machines. Please do note that it does NOT translate all PL/I constructs
(the client had specified so).
Right now I am not aware of the contract problems (if any) since this
was a client project. If you are interested and ready to shelve out
some money (I don't think my company will give it to you free of cost), I
shall dig out the details.
