Although this one, too, is a bit old, I offer it for completeness:
"Assemblers, Compilers, and Program Translation", by Peter Calingaert,
Computer Science Press, Inc., ISBN 0-914894-23-4, 1979.
I believe Dr. Calingaert has updated this book fairly recently, but I don't
have a copy of the newer one.
