Boris Burshteyn has provided a copy of a report on his Muskok compiler tool.
You can FTP it from iecc.com:pub/file/muskox.ps.gz, or get it by e-mail by
sending:


send muskok.uu


to compilers-server@iecc.com.


The report is in a gzipped Postscript file. The version you get from the
mail server is uuencoded as well, for maximum data opacity.
