Compiler producing CDG and Def-Use Chains

I have noticed several articles in this group dealing with program
analysis for parallelization. I am currently working on a thesis in this
area. For my work I need both the Control Dependence Graph and the
Definition-Use chains for a piece of code. Are there any publicly
available compilers which produce this information for either C, Fortran,
or Pascal.
