An excellent annotated bibliography on parsing is included as an appendix
in this book, which I also highly recommend as a good source of general
information on all varieties of parsing strategies:


_Parsing Techniques: a practical guide_

It took me quite a while to track this down, having once discovered it by
accident in a library. (The first printing was in England). The book is
well worth the effort, though.
