Subject: Compiler Software Engineer Jobs (Silicon Valley US)
Date: Thu, 16 Apr 2009 19:08:29 -0500
Well-funded, Silicon Valley start-up is seeking talented Software
engineers (junior and senior level candidates) to join its growing
core engineering team. Recent advancements in multi-core computing
systems, coupled with the ever increasing functional and performance
requirements of software has created an exciting market opportunity
for addressing the programmatic and architectural issues involved in
modern software development. The company is addressing this growing
market with a novel technology approach that is transparent, scalable,
and portable, resulting in significant improvement to the development
and maintenance of distributed/parallel structured software
systems. Ideal candidates will have very strong C++/OOP development
skills as well as experience with front-end compiler development
and/or Intermediate Representations (IR). Candidates should also have
a very strong overall systems level knowledge. Experience with
parallel/distributed systems software development is beneficial as
well. All positions would be permanent/full-time roles with relocation
to the Silicon Valley/Bay Area location required, if the candidate is
not already located in the area. Unfortunately, only candidates
currently living in the US will be considered.
