Are you familiar with the Java Compatability Kit (JCK)?


The JCK is a set of over 8000 tests covering the language, the VM, and the
APIs plus a set of fairly nice tools to run it.


The JCK is shipped to Java licensees. I believe you either have to be a
paid licensee or (perhaps) qualify for the "Community Source License".


I can't imagine you'll find anything more appropriate for your needs.
