I know that a DTD for the Eiffel language exists. AFAIK it's more
intended for documenting interfaces and to support a language browser,
but that covers all the difficult details of Eiffel's semantics anyway,
so it should be "almost there" to the least.
I believe it's still a work in progress. If you're interested, mail me
