I'm looking for a graph-drawing library with the following features:


REQUIRED:
- platform-independent (e.g., Java/Swing)
- free for non-commercial use
- supports colored graphs


HIGHLY DESIRABLE:
- supports arbitrary attributes on vertices (e.g., XML file format)
- comes with source
